I stayed with my partner last week with half board. I would say all perfect: clean and comfortable room only pecca, being the room above the restaurant hall, a half hour at night after dinner feel move the chairs when the staff reassesss the room), for the rest quiet and fresh nights! At dinner we have always eaten well and abundantly: the service includes appetizers and buffet vegetables and a choice between three first, three seconds plus desserts. Very nice location, overlooking a small waterfall surrounded by greenery, a few steps from the beautiful Sanctuary of the Maria delle Grazie that compensates for the experience of lunch absolutely not to be repeated. To honor the truth, the restaurant (unused hotel) is neat and clean with very kind and efficient staff, while I can not say just the owner, cold and very nervous, despite having booked, we were greeted very badly, denying the reservation as well. We stayed today at lunch, and I can confirm that we ate very well, but as in all things it would be the case that each of the components should do its task in all its facets, the room was very well maintained and furnished is with a great Christmas taste. The thing that left us very much with the bitter in the mouth was the attitude of the staff, the cold and detached way even sometimes nn responded to you or it was not done as required above all by the lady to the coffee machine, at the beginning of the lunch while I went to wash my hands in the hallway I stopped because I noticed that behind me there was a nice waitresss with plates in hand and I stopped to let her pass. We preferred to cancel the lunch for the next day than to return in a poor context towards customers.

Dinner with friends. very nice place. Nice pizza. dishes of the restaurant sought after and well presented as well as good. excellent choice of wine! I highly recommend it.
