The hotel is beautiful, the staff amazing , and the food delicious. If you are looking for a great place to experience service at its finest this is your hotel. All I can say is I wish our stay had been longer. There is always next time!

Every member of staff made us feel welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxed yet refined, and the overall experience made our trip to Rome even more memorable. A special mention also to the front desk team and bellboys, whose professionalism and warmth really stood out throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, welcoming and incredibly helpful, always greeting us with a smile and making every interaction feel personal. Their service added a real touch of luxury to the whole experience. We also loved the live music throughout the hotel, which created such an elegant and relaxing atmosphere. Having a lady playing the harp during breakfast each morning was a beautiful touch and made the start of each day feel truly special. The live music in the bar during the evenings added to the wonderful ambience and made it a perfect place to unwind after exploring Rome. We would highly recommend the hotel and look forward to returning soon.
