The setting was fantastic, the rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the food was exceptionally good—it was fragrant and flavorful, so much so that you could even mop up the bread! Hahaha. Many thanks to all the staff who greeted us in the morning and said goodbye the next day. The staff were truly highly qualified and always available for any need. Highly recommended!! -Davide

The hotel bar looked very inviti... read more My wife and I stayed in this very tastefully decorated hotel for just one night in September prior to the camper expo in Parma. The hotel bar looked very inviting so after checkin we headed straight down, grabbed an outside table and throughly enjoyed that. We then decided to take a look at the menu and eat at the hotel as well, again absolutely excellent. The food we ordered was delicious, but everything leaving the kitchen looked excellent too. The bedroom was spotlessly clean, modern, functional with a wonderful shower and even a small balcony. The bed, mattress and pillows were superb and we had a very good nights rest. However what makes this hotel truly standout are the staff. Absolutely everyone we came in contact with including the lovely house keeping lady cleaning our room, was polite, professional and unbelievably helpful. The young man at reception that checked us in, the staff in the bar, restaurant, breakfast and checkout. Everyone. We were both super impressed with everything and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended.

Last week I contacted Davide and he confirmed no problem, when I arrived Claudia had my key plus a beer ready within minutes!!! GREAT place and beer and rooms and sleep!!!! Wonderful hospitality.
