Food was undercooked, waitress was absolutely terrible. Ordered appetizers and it was just dropped off with no silverware or dip had to go to counter for that. When I did our waitress was very rude and commented I didn’t need silverware or dip cause I had no food. No refills for drinks no butter for roll had to ask for ketchup. Salad came with meal not before. Asked for mayo and got ranch I’m sure the waitress did that on purpose with her bad attitude. I don’t like it when a waitress has long hair and it is not contained at all. No offer of to go boxes or dessert. There was a few people but not that busy she couldn’t do her job without attitude

My go to at Ken's is usually the pork tenderloin dinner with sides of mashed potatoes and the California medley vegetables with gravy on mashed potatoes and gravy for pork tenderloin on the side. I have always received a dinner roll with this meal and always loved it. However, today was very different. The mashed potatoes were more like boiled potatoes drained with out any seasoning at all. The gravy also without seasoning. The food arrived without gravy on the side and no dinner roll. The California medley were cooked but also had no seasoning of any kind. I asked the waitress for the gravy on the side for the pork tenderloin and she did go and get it. Other than bringing our menus and taking our orders for drinks and food and delivering same, she never returned to our table. Our salt shaker was moisture bound, even with rice in it. We could barely get any out at all. I had to switch it out with a table that had no customers. Before our food came I had finished off my ice tea but the waitress as I said never returned. I had gone to the rest room and the food was there. But no offer to refill my tea or if we needed anything else. Over all the poor service and lack of seasoning in the food made this visit very frustrating. My standing at this time is that Ken's Cafe is a hit and miss kind of place. One time your food might be the best you have had in a while. The very next trip may be what I encountered today. Poor service and bland food. Choice as always is up to you to go and give it a try or not.
