Recently, we went through t... read more Staff is very nice but we 've had hair in hamburgers twice, there 's ALWAYS something missing or some type of confusion with orders. Recently, we went through the drive thru and I asked for two orders of pancakes. They asked if the order on the screen...was correct, yes everything I ordered was on the screen, order of pancake on one line, order of pancake on another line plus our other food. We get the food and I 'm missing an order of pancakes. So I went in to get the other order and here what happened was we were given two sides of pancakes. So two pancakes on one plate. I guess there are full orders (3 pancakes) and side orders (1 pancake). Frustrating.
