What Cade Grimm doesn't like about El Toro:
The food is on par with all the other local Mexican restaurants. They used to have huge mugs of beer (32 oz. give or take) for like $5 bucks but I'm sure they aren't that cheap anymore. If there's one thing I can honestly critique about this place it's their salsa. It's like a puree, there's no chunks in it. Maybe some people prefer it that way. View all feedback.
#10 lunch is pretty bland. Won't be getting that again. Cheese not even melted in quesadilla, browning lettuce was served.
I ordered the beef alambre to-go, and it was both hot and delicious. I appreciate that they included tortilla chips, which isn't common at many restaurants. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, service a 5, and atmosphere a 5.
