We took shelter in here during a heavy downpour and I'm glad we did. We were guided by the friendly server what to have and started by sharing a lovely calzone style pizza, fresh from the oven. We followed this with two portions of lasagne, one veg. and the other meat and you pay for these by weight. This means you can choose as little or as much as you wish. If you are in Riva del Garda, visit Arco and call in at Rosti for a great sandwich. The prices are reasonable and the service was top class.
My boyfriend and I happened upon this amazing bistro walking back from our first via ferrata. I had a vegetarian wrap warmed up which ended up being the best wrap I have ever tasted, ANYWHERE! The wrap was so fresh and crisp on the outside and lettuce and veggies were still cool on the inside. I will be back tomorrow!

It was delicious and I wish I had taken a larger slice. We also had two bottles of beer, followed by coffees and cookies and it all cost under 20 euros. It's a lovely, modern shop serving fresh bread etc to the locals. Well, worth a visit.
When we were staying in Riva we took a trip up to Arco,my wife was looking at the shops she came across the Rosti bistro. We went in and ordered a pizza, the most pleasant girl served us,she asked us to come back in about twenty mins, this we did after a short wait we were served with the most wonderful pizzas we ever had.Freshly made and great fillings.I would recommend this place to anyone. The girl told us they only opened four months ago.We wish them all the success in the world.
We visit Arco and Riva regularly and today came across Rosti in Arco, which was opened in June 2016. We enjoyed a lovely coffee, rolls (we had La Puccia 1 'kite ' and 1 'bike ' freshly made by Patrice and a pastry. You can tell that the bread and cakes are baked on the premises and the salad ingredients are fresh daily they were delivered by a local man whilst we we there. It is well worth a visit.
