We stayed for a weekend we had a great clean hotel eaten well staff very kind and helpful we will definitely return

We (family) booked nights online with all inclusive and we had a nice experience. the (Romanian) service and eating were excellent! eating was not fast eating, fresh fish was sawed every day and hit (hence or bark). the hotel looked like newly renovated / renovated, so it was also the room and the rest of the hotel very clean. in arco you can visit many places of interessation and the landscape is very beautiful. we can only come back and we cannot understand the low review. we'll be back next year!

Clean and in order, you could do something more for anti covid prevention.

Andrea and the staff are very kind and efficient. the hotel is clean and the rules as far as possible in a hotel are respected. the menu is sufficiently varied. if I have to make two criticisms: the bathroom is free of bidet and the parking is not adequately indicated.
