The gentleman arrived after a couple of minutes and recommended the strong eggs since he makes them himself, and we trusted him. The delicious appetizer (sliced ​​cheeses and crostini) was excellent and all very tasty, then we moved on to the pici allaglione, delicious and not heavy, but let 's also talk about the super Cinta Senese white ragu and the turnip tagliatelle with 4 pecorino cheeses, speck and chopped pistachios, the best...
