Went to The Dugout today with my boyfriend for the first time. We had a coupon for 2 steak sandwiches' 2 bags of chips and 10 wings for 18.99. It was great! We couldn't even eat it all had to take half home. The employees were friendly and made us feel at home. We will definately go back! View all feedback.
It's unfortunate that many have had negative experiences. I visited the restaurant at noon and really enjoyed my time there. The atmosphere was very family-friendly, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The food exceeded my expectations, and I'm looking forward to ordering from there again soon.
The first time last week!!!! We have delivery... It was super fast, the child that delivered it was really nice, the food was hot and was delicious!!!! My daughter said tonight she wanted her spaghetti back.... Guess what's for dinner tonight

Always good food. Only problem we had was one of the sandwiches we ordered came with a bag of chips instead of fries like we ordered.
