I’ve gone here multiple times and while the service is typically good they are never open during their hours. I usually go when they are opening, but always wait a little past 8 to try and order. The open lights will be on and it will be 8:15 but nobody responds at drive through and the door is locked for inside orders. Always good experiences here. They messed up our original order but gave us a coupon for a free sandwich. Food is tasty and the restaurant is always clean.

They can be busy sometimes and even put the wrong veggies on but everything else seems to be fine.
I was at the Archbold store in Archbold Ohio and the so called all 5 workers were Managers. Took my order 3 times and and the end still got it wrong. Didn't my green pepper and 4 got didn't toasted right it took times to get my order toasted. I was not satisfied. They need to get train again.
