The location is ideal for moving around different places in Cantabria: close to the beaches and 20 minutes from Santander, Suances, Santillana... The Palace is beautiful and the reform that has been done to transform it into a hotel is ideal and very respectful. The rooms are luxurious (we asked for a simple one and it is a very spacious room with a fully equipped bathroom, including a hydromassage bathtub). In addition, from it we could see the imposing entrance to the Palace. It has parking, so there is no problem if you go by car. Access from the motorway to the town is easy and fast and, in addition, the hotel is located right on the entrance curve, so it is not lost. As for the breakfast buffet, very complete and with many options of homemade pastries (something that speaks highly of the accommodation). In my case, I am a celiac, they offered me a good variety of products and they explained to me what I could eat and what not from the rest of the options.
