Naryan, the owner, has invested a lot into making this a comfortable place for his patrons. Always clean and inviting. Great view of the Arcata Plaza. Outstanding wine selection and Naryan is always happy to offer his advice on what would be the perfect bottle for your occasion. Visiting Libation on Saturdays is always the highlight of my week.
Amazing ambience, knowledgeable staff and an owner who gives you the feeling that you have come for years. This is my new spot for a drink in Arcata!
My favorite place for wine. Before I came here I thought beer was more interesting then wine; wow was I naive. Now, I just ask the owner to surprise me and I have never been disappointed.
The wine selection is excellent. The distance between tables, the seating arrangements, and the overall ambiance were lovely, making it feel safe to enjoy a glass of wine outdoors!
