Was Rick Distler at Thee Abbey Kitchen a mag?
We only went for lunch, but it was absolutely amazing. The food from the bakery must be made from my grandma's recipe, it's just that good. We had a great time exploring the history of the place, and the gardens in the back were beautiful. Service was excellent, and the location can't be beat. View all feedback.

What Montana Fish dislikes about Thee Abbey Kitchen:
My girlfriend and I came to have dinner here on vacation. Dinner was ok. My toast beef dinner was 16.00 and left a lot to be desired, unfortunately. She had a salad with soup and there wasnt mich salad stuff left to go make her salad at the salad bar. If you want Mac n Cheese be prepared for them to serve you Kraft Mac n Cheese with shredded cheese on top. The draft rootbeer was very good. The antique store was cool.... View all feedback.

I am disappointed to say that my recent experience at Thee Abbey Kitchen in Arcadia Valley was quite underwhelming. My family has been loyal customers for over 7 years, but ever since the change in management, the quality of our meals has declined. During our most recent takeout order, we found the fish dinners to be tasteless and lacking a roll, the grilled chicken salad to be unseasoned and chewy, and the tomato chunks to be uncomfortably large. The overall experience was disappointing, especially considering the relatively high prices of $16 for a bland fish dish or $13 for a salad that doesn't satisfy. Unfortunately, we will not be ordering from Thee Abbey again.

Amazing!!! We have been staying in the area for three weeks and finally decided to try this restaurant. We regret not coming sooner. The atmosphere was great, the food was amazing, and the service was attentive. The meat is from a local market, the bread and rolls are made in-house, and I can't forget to mention the delicious homemade ranch chips. This place is a gem that shouldn't be missed. We only wish we had more time to visit again.

If you like lots of character, then you'll love the abundant charm and personality of the Abby and its staff. Come and take the tour of the ground, attend a murder mystery, have a wedding at the chaple, stay at the B&B, enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinnersat the kitchen and homemade icecream at Porters Emporium. ENJOY this charming Missouri Ozark destination any season.
