It seems like the employees might not realize that customers are paying extra for cream cheese. It's frustrating when you feel like you're not getting the value for what you're paying.
Not run to the same standard as other Dunkin Donuts. Pretty frustrating with the lack of service or care that they're lacking good service.. staff lacks experience.

Staff at this location were so great. Had issues with the self service kiosk accepting payment why is the machine positioned so close to the juice fridge to the point where you can’t swipe your card they made sure to take great care of me regardless and made sure I didn’t have a bad start to my day because of it.
