We were staying here for 2 nights as part of a walking holiday. Unusually in this area there is a nice small swimming pool, within the grounds. Breakfast is ample and dinner is a communal affair eaten at 20.30. There is a wide selection of well-cooked local food and the wines are great. We were staying here for 2 nights as part of a walking holiday. Unusually in this area there is a nice small swimming pool, within the grounds. Breakfast is ample and dinner is a communal affair eaten at 20.30. There is a wide selection of well-cooked local food and the wines are great. The atmosphere is convivial and we recommend this place enthusiastically. However, if you are staying more than one night, be warned: rooms are cleaned and linen/towels changed only every third day and this is not really acceptable in my view.
The food is really excellent and the wine is natural with a fantastic taste. Wine is included in the price! Great atmosphere at the table.
