Mcdonald's Family Restaurants - Ararat

Everyone who has ever been to a McDonald 's in Melbourne has usually a great experience, however this Ararat store is run by disrespectful and incompetent staff and managers. The franchisee has instructed them to rip off the customers that attended this store in order to profit as much as can. When I spoke to a Melbourne store they have told me and I quote the machines are programmed to fill the drink to the top red line on the side of the cup whether there is ice in the cup or not Don 't even try to ask them to top up your drinks or chips they will not do it, the only thing your guarantee is a whole lot of attitude and disrespect from this store. In my opinion avoid this store at all cost.

It was ok. There was a hair in my burger and the food was a little cold even though there wasn't many people there. Dont know what was up with the nuggets though they wre like nothing id seen from maccas before. Came out quick. Not horrible but not the best.

A convenient place to use the bathroom grab an iced coffee when travelling through Ararat.

Been here twice over the weekend and was super busy both times. I think the amount of self order screens is overkill. There is barely room for people. Had issues with one screen and the other didn't print. One drive through was also blocked off

Visited this store a few months back. The staff was very friendly and worked hard to make the food during a very busy time. I really appreciate their dedication to excellent service :
