Pizza is really good Pizza Hut, but when placing a to-go order, I would prefer to speak to a person at the actual location of the order, instead of someone in BFE. Where is the customer service physically located for an app or a call center? View all feedback.
What Biohazard NoName doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
I don’t understand the point of contactless curbside when they never actually come out. Twice now I’ve asked for curbside and twice I’ve had no one come out. I realize this seems like a small issue but if you offer a service I truly believe you should honor it or just don’t offer it if you don’t have the staff to honor it View all feedback.
Just had a medium supreme pizza.It wasn't bad just kind of light on the toppings. Pizza Hut just isn't what it used to be.

My pizza food were great. This issue here is the service. I stood in the front waiting to receive my to go order (that should’ve been ready 10 minutes prior) for almost 10 minutes without even being acknowledged at all. The phones were ringing and no one was answering them. There were people in the back clearly because I could hear them, but no one acknowledged the front of the restaurant at all. On top of that my to go order was not even ready. I thought it may be because they were short staffed, but I saw a total of 5-6 people with an almost empty restaurant and no one could even say “someone will be right with you” to show they at least have acknowledged I was there. After I received my order I noticed the ranches and dips were not given to me, so I went back in and stood for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me again! 2 people came to the register a total of 6 times to do who knows what on the register and went right back to the back without saying a word to me. It took a total of 50 minutes extra of waiting to get my order than what I was quoted and should’ve had to wait. If I hadn’t paid money for my dips I would’ve left. Do better teach your employees to show better customer service.
Always liked the pan pizza if it's made correctly but we went in and it was me my dad and 2 kids and they watched us walk in sit there for 20 mins which seemed like forever never asked us for drinks or service then I walked up and had to wait in line just for them to tell me the don't have ppl to waitress and I can only get specials online.. who's managing this place because it's a nice place but empty everyday.. guess they make money on deliveries
This place is horrible. Service is horrible Management is horrible Food is horrible Management acts like third grade angry children.
