Bakery manager has sub zero customer service. When someone with cancer can have the slightest amount of sugar it’s a necessity for whipped icing. Attitude for going out of your way to mix it up is not necessary. Upper management apologized for her actions. It’s not accepted. The bakery manager demonstrated extremely poor customer service. For someone undergoing cancer treatment, being able to have a small amount of sugar is important, especially when it comes to whipped icing. There was no need for the unhelpful attitude when I requested a modification. While upper management did apologize for her behavior, that’s not enough. Apologizing for someone else’s actions doesn't resolve the issue; proper training to improve customer service is what’s required. I was truly shocked by my experience at this store.
My husband filled up his gas tank at the HEB gas station in Port Aransas, spending $15.00. Later, when he tried to make a purchase at Walmart, his card was declined. It turned out that HEB had placed a hold of $125.00 on his account. When he asked them about it, they claimed it was an issue with our bank. Upon inquiring further, we were told that it wasn’t their hold, but the gas station’s. This experience has led us to vow never to return to HEB, either the store or the gas station. We strongly recommend that everyone boycott them. BOYCOTT HEB NOW AND FOREVER. They are the worst place in the country—they lie and seem indifferent to customers. They are thieves. We heard that HEB just started holding money from people's accounts this week. Please do not support them.
I've been cashing my paycheck there for the past six months, and today H-E-B informed me that they can't cash it because the doctor’s address where I work doesn’t match their records. It's frustrating that this is the first time I'm hearing about it after having successfully cashed my checks there for so long. Other employees have had the same issue. You really need to update your system.
They are small enough to be quick in and out. But just big enough to have everything I need. Plus they keep plenty of checkers and the store is always nice and cool like a Texas store should be.
Pumpkin empanada without pumpkin 3 weeks in a row. thats a ripoff stealing robbing us poor making us poorer they do better in puebla.....
