We came across it when we were en route to another restaurant and decided we would like to eat Italian. We are glad we chose here the pasta was excellent and the beers were good. I was also persuaded to have dessert and the panacotta was divine. All in all excellent value for €32. Service was attentive and friendly without being intrusive. The restaurant was very quiet but so was Aranjuez. Would definitely visit again.

Pizza from a box, Caesar salad with a sort of breaded chicken and s... read more There are so many restaurants in this charming town. So why did we have to choose this one?! Pizza from a box, Caesar salad with a sort of breaded chicken and sort of breaded bread (all probably from a freezer) . The twelve euro 'antipasta ' was a few bits of quiche, a slice of tomato and a bit of mozzarella and a meat with a grey sauce. At the end the waiter gave us the bill but obviously realised we weren 't impressed as he then snatched it away and returned it with a 10% service charge on it. I would honestly check trip advisor and choose another restaurant.
