I have to be honest here. I lived in California in the U.S. for many years and California has wonderful Mexican food that is beyond the beyond. So it is not fair to make the comparison but what else can I do? I felt the cooking oil was not as fresh as it needs to be. The salsa was not as good as I am used to. Her vegetarian thali is worth a try. other vegetarian dishes are also very good. they also serve continental and Mexican food, vegetarian and non vegetarian. the amount of food is generous.
I think I said everything above. credit to abhay and his team to provide good food on a fast, polite way. they love this place, recommend it for a friendly atmosphere and varied, inexpensive menu. if only the toilets were cleaner, but the no one in. arambol seems to think that is a priority.
