With my past experience with them, staffs are a... read more Not my first time to dine yesterday but I will put that in the review since it's my latest experience with them. With my past experience with them, staffs are always friendly and accomodating even though they have many customers. The food was served hot (a bit). They told us to wait for 15 minutes for the food but it was served less than 15 minutes. Good experience with Shakeys as always.

Everything was perfect, while... read more My friend and I went to Tagaytay almost 2 weeks ago. Right after we came fron Sky Ranch, we decided to have our dinner in Shakeys. Everything was perfect, while all of a sudden my friend accidently drop the entire pizza on the floor while he is getting the pitcher of ice. I admire what the Manager did during that time. She quickly pick up the pizza and ask for the flavor that we have ordered and they will have it replaced. Even we are somehow at fault of it, the entire team doesn't make us feel that we are at fault for the incident. Great food, great service and very proactive manager and team. Surely the supposed to be embarassing moment turns out to be a good one. We just too shy we fail to have the name of the manager, but Im sure their branch will be blessed because of her trait. Good Job ;

This combination is what I got in this particular branch. Once again, it never fails to satisfy my cravings. I also like their pizza bianca. I only recently got the chance to taste this and it continues to make my day. The white sauce perfectly complements the bacon!

The staff here is nice and pleasant, and the place just has that comfortable and fun feel to it. The pizzas, thin crust please, is also always cooked well. I love their Pepperoni Crunch Pizza!
