What Paulette Carpentier doesn't like about Le Perdrix Noire:
Absolutely terrible. Booked a table for an early dinner. A couple of tables were already in eating fondues etc. The service was appalling and incredibly slow. It took minutes to get given menus. Another minutes for drinks. Then just as we were ordering...they said they had no fondue kits left. The restaurant was empty!!! We only reason we booked that restaurant was for the fondue for my brothers birthday. They were n... View all feedback.
So much I like to fondue you can have enough cheese on a ski tour and the perdrix noir is a beautiful curse. They can certainly get the mountain specialties, but also a very decent selection of other dresses like pork, wild boar, rippchen. Scottish lamb, fish and garnel. there is a restaurant with netzen around euro and appetizers/puds and a brasserie with a cheaper menu. the most extensive menu I could find in flaine, but also seriously well cooked with very friendly service and a cozy atmosphere in the inner (that is the brutalist architecture). wein from euro. beautiful small bar for a quiet drink. Why can not all ski areas be like this?
We were with some of us to make the cooking menu. curs, starters are good, meat, disappointing and fish disappointing. wein from the savoie opposite very nice. service well with more attention.
Second visit to Le Perdrix noire! Food was excellent along with wait staff and ambiance. Don’t miss the raclette or the special local mojito!

We were here with a group of but we were not amused, we had the cooking menu and two of our group had the cote de boufe, starters were oke/good a bit between and after this catastrophe. an evil chewing gum and cold. with an additional béarnaise boot that had nothing to do with a beautiful creamy base of hollandaise. the taste was more a hot mayonaise with added dill. the cooking main course where a thin tasteless bark silk, and a sandy sea bass. and there creme de la creme (what many people say) the escape was a cold chew and bland dishes. for a pub super, but a beautiful restaurant might be a little more open.
