Ordered the beignets and it was so disappointing at the size for the price literally bite size for 4.00 they should be regular size. Definitely shouldn't be over 2.50 if you going to make bite size. It's literally the size of my lil flash drive with is 2 inches View all feedback.

The best time to visit is in the morning. There's a server named Michelle who always wears her hair in a bun, so you can easily recognize her. She's incredibly nice and polite, and if you get her as your server, you're in excellent hands. She took great care of my family and friends during our visit. The food is wonderful, but the donuts? They're so delicious that you definitely can't stop at just one—so be sure to get six! The location is fantastic, not too far from the French Quarter. It's a great family-friendly spot.
I walked in to grab a few donuts and a Sprite to go. The waitress handed me a Sprite in a plastic bottle, and given that it felt like it was 110 degrees outside, I asked for a cup of ice. To my surprise, she told me it would cost an extra $1.08 for the cup of ice. When I questioned that charge, she remained unyielding. That single decision cost them a customer and led to this negative review over a cup of ice. I would have preferred a fountain drink, but instead, I got a bottle of Sprite. It’s not really about the $1.08; it’s that you’re charging me $2.50 for the Sprite and then half that for a cup of ice? I decided to tell her to keep the ice. It was a matter of principle.
The food lacks seasoning, and some of the staff have terrible attitudes. I would rate the service a 3 out of 10. It might be time for them to reconsider their jobs. Gerald's used to be great, but something definitely needs to change.
I 'm so upset, i called Gerald 's Donuts in Arabi asking about fresh donut, i asked the lady How long ago were the donuts made? The lady tells me with a strong attitude we don 't have fresh donuts, you don 't see what time it is, do the math, jeez I 've been a customer at gerald 's for a long time and have never received this kind of disrespect, the new lady has such a horrible attitude towards her job and customer. smh.

The coffee was hot and did the trick. Everyone in the office loved the donuts. Service was great too! Loved the free donut holes with the purchase of 3 dozen donuts. Who don’t appreciate a little lagniappe
I absolutely adore Maria, the server who works alongside Judge Perez at Gerald's. She is incredibly sweet, beautiful, and provides excellent service! I wish I could give her a 100-star rating.
The backyard burger is so good, the waitress was very nice, could go back today, but wished it was more pommes with the burger the service was good
The restaurant was bustling, but our waitress was extremely attentive and on top of everything! Our meals arrived promptly, and as always, the food was fantastic!
