What Synergy Melts doesn't like about Peet's Coffee:
Poor service, I got a medium cold brew and the barista filled the cup 60% only. I felt because my boyfriend and I don't look white, it was a chore to make our drinks. Barista made boyfriend's drink small, but yet gave away a large coldbrew that she made by mistake. I love peets coffee and have never experienced this kind of discrimination at other locations. I always enjoy Peet's Coffee, and this location is no exception. The coffee is consistently excellent. This coffee shop is situated inside a charming little supermarket, so all drinks are served to go.
I enjoy visiting Peet's as a refreshing alternative to other coffee shops. I'm particularly fond of their Sumatra beans, which I buy as whole beans for a fresh grind. The flavor of their coffee really stands out to me and is something I appreciate.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the service. I ordered a medium cold brew, but the barista only filled my cup to 60%. I couldn't shake the feeling that my boyfriend and I were treated differently because we don't appear to be white. The barista made my boyfriend's drink small as well, yet gave away a large cold brew that she had mistakenly prepared. I've always loved Peet's Coffee and have never faced this kind of discrimination at other locations. I'm really let down!
Great coffee. Service staff feel detached just going through the motions.
I love this little slice of coffee heaven. The nice young lady at the counter and I always talk cats! I am not sure where they get their donuts, but they a G OO D, good!
