California Hip Hop Artist Spen Doe is back with another food review! My favorite Chinese restaurant, ever! I've come to this restaurant since my childhood. This place hasn't changed a bit, and I love it. The chicken fried rice, ginger beef and sweet sour chicken are my favorites. The atmosphere is cozy and they have outdoor seating. Unfortunately, due to Covid restrictions, all orders are to be accepted only at this time. The staff is always friendly, and the food is always fresh and amazing. Support your local businesses!

I haven't eaten here since I was a kid. My Gf reminded me of this place and I'm glad she did. I didn't have a bad or subparticial dish. Her soups are full of ingredients. Amazing broth full of taste. I usually put some stuff to order Chinese food, but I can tell everything she'll do is be delicious. The best pork bread I've ever had. Pigmeat are not pieces that they are unlike other Chinese restaurant. Once you eat here, don't want to go back to another Chinese place in Santa Cruz. Prices can be higher, but quality speaks for itself.

This place is amazing, best chicken chow my sweet and sour pork and pot sticker in Santa Cruz. Great service and a cozy interior make the Panda Inn really worth a stop.

Make sure you get the fried tons with the Hoison case. You're delicious! They also serve BBQ pork chops (yummy! and roast egg rolls. The sweet sour shrimps are a delicacies served differently than in other restaurants, but it is worth it.
