It's been a few months since I made the decision to f... read more This afternoon, I'm happy! Advised by the Tourist Office, we went to the Valseuses to see the eyes closed. It's been a few months since I made the decision to follow a vegetarian diet and like a great gourmet, it's often a disappointment when I'm in front of the card. But surprise, in this bistro in a small village of France the menu changes every day with only and always two choices to the map, including a vegetarian! And here no pesto pasta, cheese croquette or burger with vegetable cakes that we can all make at home but original and delicious recipes! Even with a full restaurant and a terrace provided by several dozen customers, the service is pleasant and fluid, you can eat in 1 hour but you do not feel obliged if you want to train. Thanks to the OdT and thanks to the team of this restaurant for this wonderful lunch. And good appetite for everyone, go! (French cuisine with strong Asian inspirations, with seasonal products, local producers of the region)

Servic... read more We had lunch here on a Tuesday. There's outdoor seating on a quiet atmospheric square and more seating inside. We sat inside since we had no reservation. Service was fast and friendly in French. We ordered two large vegetarian salads and both were delicious – maybe the best salads on our entire trip. Everything was fresh and nothing came from a can or jar. Prices are slightly higher than normal but worth it given the quality of the food. Highly recommended.

Also their cappuccino very nice Millie was a very attentive server and saw to our needs We will be returning for lunch tomorrow
