Hotel restaurant mercury with swimming pool
More than disappointing experience in this restaurant. We get 54€ for 1 kir a bottle of Evian and 2 flat inlet formulas. Already the formula. Very limited, we have the choice between 3 entries (gaspacho, mozza/lights or snails) and the 2 dishes of the day, but good, either... Let's also make the impasse on the nice server but that fills the cigarette. The palate is picked with an inelegant toothpick: slice of St-jacques with peps of passion fruit and a ketchup whose role is not too much understood. Anyway not unpleasant but anecdotal. We are told to table a nasty plastic bowl fushia filled with aperitive supermarket biscuits. The entries are simple but good even if 5 snails is not very generous, the taste prevails. Get the dishes and everything's spoiled. The pork with Provençal comes from a fat piece and filled with very unpleasant nerves to eat. The taste is not at the rendezvous. As for me, I'm glad to see my salmon coming to the tarragon cream, but a quick look allows it to see that it is over-cooked. First disappointment. I taste it, and there, cold shower. He's a fade to cut his appetite! Not a grain of salt, nada, niet. Just a paved salmon placed in a frying pan and forgotten about a few minutes. Fortunately, salt and pepper were at hand. A few more seasoned vegetables were added to the plate. This meal was an unfortunate incident and a total disappointment. However well noted, we will never come back again.
