The waitress we had last week Friday at 11 am was excellent. She worked so hard, had a lot of tables to take care of yet and was attentive to every detail making sure we were satisfied with the food, portions and service. If I could give her a 10 I would. Also, the other staff pitched in making sure food was delivered, etc. What a great experience we had! Will definitely come back.
Best service in every restaurant in a very long time. Fast delicious food and waitress came back a lot and got us all needed. very happy with experience. It's worth my longer ride to get over other options here.
He arrived at the restaurant at 6:50 and left the parking lot after dinner at 7:30. The service was absolutely outstanding, especially from our waitress Nancy. Despite managing several other tables, Nancy was efficient and provided exceptional customer service. The drinks and food were served incredibly quickly, and our drinks were refilled before we even had a chance to request it. This was the best experience I've had at this restaurant and in any restaurant I've visited in today's world.

We ordered pizza, but it was so bad that we had to send it back. It lacked flavor and sauce, and it looked unappetizing. The impossible burger was priced at $16 for a burger and fries, which feels exorbitant given the lack of quality and value. There is a clear absence of accountability and professionalism here. To top it off, the food quality is dreadful. I would recommend passing by this restaurant every time. I challenge the owner to respond and reach out to me! Your restaurant is a joke!
Red Robin has been a consistent staple for the past 15 years for me. This location in particular has fostered an excellent culture with their staff that reaches their customers. My go to is the Bonzai burger (some pink), Freckled Lemonade, and never ever forget the campfire sauce!
I wish I could recall the name of the waitress, but she was excellent. The burgers have actually improved, unlike many others in the industry since COVID.
We waited over 50 minutes when we were originally told it would only be a 10-minute wait. They continued to seat other patrons ahead of us. When we were finally seated, our menus were carelessly thrown onto a dirty table, and we were simply told to sit down. The staff made rude comments, and the manager was unhelpful and indifferent to our situation.

The service was excellent, and the food was hot and fresh. Speed is crucial when dining with a two-year-old. Thank you, team, for providing a great experience!
