The food at this restaurant is consistently good, but we feel that for the amount of money we spend here, it would be nice to receive fortune cookies after our... read more The food at this restaurant is consistently good, but we feel that for the amount of money we spend here, it would be nice to receive fortune cookies after our meal. As regular customers, we used to always get them, but now it seems to be a rare occurrence. It appears that most servers do not automatically provide them after we pay the bill, and we are unsure why this is not consistently enforced. Such a simple gesture should not be inconsistent, and we should not have to request them. While it may seem minor to some, we believed it was a part of the complete service offered by this restaurant chain. It is disappointing that not all servers give them out when they should.

My boyfriend ordered the spicy chicken bowl and I ordered the orange chicken bowl. I didn’t realize I was paying $15 for 6 pieces of chewy, squishy orange chicken. And my boyfriend got twice the amount of chicken as I did. Unimpressed and would rather pay $8 for a whopping portion of orange chicken from Panda Express.
