Wasn't busy waited a good 15- 20 mins for... read more Went here for my Birthday lastnight 10/16. Bartenders could not be bothered by me and the group of people I was with. Wasn't busy waited a good 15- 20 mins for a drink then add another 20 to ask for a menu and maybe then track one of them to order. All that set aside I know how it is. I could look past all that and still have a good time , right ? Nope. I go to play music and fast past the song because I was getting ready to leave only to have the song skipped , second time I try to play the song , I overhear some guy tell the bartender to skip my song. UNPROFESSIONAL and a complete lack of awareness. Completely disappointed and won't go back.

I tried to play music j... read more Last night, two bartenders came to my birthday, who could not be harassed, to do their job or even to act as if they wanted to be there. I tried to play music just to let my songs jump from the bartenders after they overheared their friend to tell them that they skip the songs. why don't customers waste their money playing music so they skip the song? do not worry to ask for a menu because they never come again to take their order. severely disappointed, it looks like this place is an amazing place, only no more.

First time at a bar “setting” went to a few different ones, but out of all of them, it was amazing here. Service was awesome, everything was fast. Food and drink were pricy, but not like the other places. Payed not nearly as much as I thought I would for as many drinks as I got. Bartender was very kind. Usually I have social anxiety, but it was so relaxing there I felt great! Food and atmosphere was great!

The service is average, nothing exceptional. Given the prime location and high prices, the menu should be improved with more choices.

We began with cheese curds and opted for a horseradish aioli instead of the ranch dressing, which was a fantastic decision. I ordered the scallop dish and it was truly exceptional. The flavors were intricate and well-planned. My partner ordered the steak and mushroom ravioli and could not stop raving about how much he enjoyed it. The restaurant is located on the waterfront and has exposed brick walls inside. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience.

We made a reservation for a Sunday afternoon and there were 4 domes available, with only one other family in one of them. Despite the cold 30 degree weather outside, it was warm and cozy inside the dome. The service was prompt and friendly, with our server taking our drink and appetizer orders as soon as we were seated. The food was delicious and perfect for a date night. Even though the domes were clear, it still felt private. Overall, a great experience. I would give it a 10 out of 10.

My wife has Hashimotos Disease and a strong gluten allergy which made Fratellos a prime spot. Their gluten free accommodation was beautiful. My wife ordered the pasta with chicken breast. She thoroughly enjoyed the taste and texture of the gluten free pasta. I went with the salmon BLT which was tasty, light and fresh. Highly recommended!
