I came to celebrate my birthday while waiting for my delayed flight. To be honest, the dirty chai and breakfast burrito combo I ordered from this cafe was the worst I have ever had. The dirty chai was watery and overly sweet, it didn't taste like a real chai or have any espresso. The burrito was cold and left me feeling worse than when I arrived. Wow.
I visited this restaurant twice while on relief operations for a hurricane. As a member of Team Rubicon wearing a gray shirt, I needed a boost and the coffee was excellent! Thank you to the staff for supporting our mission. Maybe we can take a photo on my next operation. Thanks from Team Rubicon and myself.
Bartender/Server was very overwhelmed and messed up my order and 2 others in the few minutes that I was seated at the bar patiently waiting. Food was mediocre at best and service was poor. The company needs to correct staff count, needs to be increased or better manage their time. No offer to correct the order or remedy the situation was given when my order was incorrect, the tap beer ran out on one handle and only offered other options instead of re tapping another barrel for other guests. It is a nice setting just service is sub par.
Won't serve alcohol until 6am. Maybe some other early flyers who are afraid to fly will understand...
I Ordered a Vanilla Carmel Latte. The lady taking more orders got visibly annoyed with me and said so a Carmel macchiato? I told her no, macchiatos have the Carmel sauce at the bottom and I didnt want that. She then began yelling at me to READ THE MENU over and over again. I was so shocked over her tantrum I just said fine, as long as you make the macchiato wrong and make it a latte I have never been actually yelled at by someone taking a smoke order before.
At Appleton International Airport, travelers can enjoy a unique dining experience featuring a variety of drinks, including alcohol. While the service is generally friendly and attentive, there are occasional staffing issues, leading to mixed reviews on food quality and order accuracy. Breakfast sandwiches and salads receive praise for their taste, with a standout coffee benefiting those on missions. Despite the high prices typical of airport dining, many appreciate the offerings and ambiance. With a commitment to customer service, the staff strives to maintain a welcoming environment, making it a favorable stop before flights, though improvements in management are needed.

We arrive at the airport early just to enjoy the delicious breakfast sandwich. The service is always friendly. It's much better than most airport restaurants, which is surprising for an airport of this size.
This is the only restaurant option available after going through security. It does have some items from Manderfields Bakery.
I travel often and usually enjoy breakfast here before catching my flight. However, today I was disappointed to find that the kitchen was closed before 11:00 am. It seemed like there were staffing issues... and at lunch time? Nevertheless, the staff was great!! And the bananas were good today ?
The Chicken Caesar salad was the best I’ve ever had, and the breakfast burrito was absolutely incredible! The two young women working the bar and bistro were so kind and worked tirelessly with a smile. Despite the busy atmosphere, they managed everything smoothly, so no one had to wait. We were there around 10:30 AM on 12/08/23 before our flight. I hope their manager sees this and recognizes how amazing they are. Thank you!

Food selections are limited, and prices are high even for airport venues. They have no incentive for competitive pricing, because there are no other eateries within this Airport. An international airport with only one eatery, seriously? Eat beforeyou come here, so you don't get gouged, and leaving to get something to is not a viable option since it requires passing throughsecurity a second time.
At the time of this review our flight has been delayed by 3 hours (praying no more delays). The staff in the morning and afternoon were so nice. They chatted with us about football, places we've all been, let us watch the games we wanted on theirtv and were just so cool and accommodating. One bartender was even trying to help us find other flights in between serving. And to top it off, the food was really good. Great job guys ????????????????????????????????????????
It's the only place at the Appleton international Airport to get drinks of all types including alcohol. Staff is always attentive and friendly when I visit while flying in and out. Like any airport service/restaurant/store its crazy expensive butit's the price we pay for flying.
This is the best airport restaurant I've been to yet. The workers are so friendly and have great teamwork skills! The woman working the coffee station with the dark glasses was very fast and efficient with a genuine smile: while having drinks at thebar, we had a great conversation with a bearded gentleman with another great smile. Truly a wonderful way to start our trip. Thanks so much for the super service!
Food was ok, service from this lady was about as rude as you can get. I wouldn?t treat my mortal enemy as rude as this woman was even after greeting her with a friendly hello. I don?t care how bad of a day you?ve had or what kind of internal strife yourhaving with coworkers you never let that show to your customers!!
