Meanwhile, several customers who ordered food and ice... read more I ordered three ice creams through the drive-thru and ended up waiting 15 minutes for them to be prepared. Meanwhile, several customers who ordered food and ice cream after us were served first. When our order finally arrived, the ice creams were melted and practically liquid, making it possible to drink them. I brought this to the attention of the manager, who was apologetic and promised to make a note of it, but he didn't offer to rectify the situation. As loyal customers, we are very disappointed and have decided not to return. It's such a shame!
