When I showed up to pick up the order everyone was being told you now have to present the card u... read more We placed an order online. A large order for a birthday dinner. When I showed up to pick up the order everyone was being told you now have to present the card used to pay for the order in order to get your food(even though it was already paid for) my name was on the order and I had the confirmation# but that wasn’t enough. I did not have the card on me, I pick up for my company all the time and my job site is 50 minutes away from Wingstop. I had to go through a whole process to get the card details and was told if the card wasn’t present it had to be saved to my Apple wallet and I had to show it to them. It was such an inconvenience and I wasted so much time. I think such a process should be stated On the website BEFORE confirming processing the online order. So that everyone can show up prepared. I was very upset and arrived very late with the food. I’m not upset with the staff but upset with there being no notification about the new process.
