I love the food. They were short on the vegetables if you prefer the bowl with only vegetables. It was 86 degrees inside!! Just terrible. Who can enjoy their meal when it is so hot View all feedback.
I?ve been coming here for the past 3 years and it has been going down hill in the past couple of months hard and fast! Only two people working taking orders, one was not even wearing a uniform, idk it?s sad to see it go downhill this fast! My order was a big disappointment as I ordered a salmon plate and didn?t get a salad. Received pot stickers instead. My salmon looked horrible. No veggies no salad? I didn?t even get asked what I wanted for options. Hope they can turn it around quick!
This place is run down. After ordering 2 Waba bowls, I realized the windows were very dirty, with hands prints all over the glass doors. The tables were dirty and the floor looked as if hadn't been swept in a week. No fountain drinks either. After getting home, my rice bowls had very few veggies and the rice was not fully cooked and very grainy. I didn't want to return to complain because they would have probably gave me more grainy rice (employees clearly don't want to work there) so I just ate the meat and disposed of the rest. The owner has a lot of work to do, I don't know how this place makes money with this type of quality. Oh and no green onions either, and at almost 10.00 per bowl I expect more than this.
I love Waba. Good food. But this place seems to be falling apart lately. I'm not really sure if this is what you are supposed to get, but it doesn't seem right. I ordered a side of shrimp to try it. It was 2.29 which is not too bad. Figured it should be a few pieces. I just got 2 pieces of shrimp. I tried to call the store to ask and the phone doesn't even ring and it just hangs up.
This is the second time? ve came to Wabba and did not have a good experience and the same employee who was there for the first time also tonight we were closed at about 845 a little over an hour before the store and we went in and said that they did not order in a very rude tone. because they wanted to close early and then she said they didn't have what I probably wanted, anyway don't even know what my order would be, they all sat on their phones in the corner, not even work. But the shop door was still open and you could go inside. I asked how the owner was name. You told me the owner name was ?G? if that's true? The first time that employee was there, she was cussing and on her phone and drop stuff on the floor and just put the lid on the containers that go to the boxes that put them on the foods. If they don't serve again, then the door should simply be locked and they don't have to have employees there to just pay to sit on their phones.
My family loves waba but after tonight we were highly disgusted with their quality and service. We ordered through door dash they forgot our potstickers and salad dressing. No biggie because door dash is very on top of their orders and making it right. Waited for our postickers to get here and they were burnt and not anything I would feed to my child( which is who they were for). They really need to watch who they are employing here because people really don't like their food messed with when they pay for it with their money they work hard for. I would give this place a zero if I could. Bring back the quality and cut loose those who are tarnishing your name waba y'all don't deserve this kind of recognition from anyone.
