Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I came in on a Sunday, mid morning for lunch, during football season. The bar area was not packed at all. There was even room for my friend and I, at the bar top. We were greeted immediately by Araceli the bartender. After seating down she immediately offered us an adult beverage. My friend ordered a Michelob Ultra on draft, and I ordered a Coors Light on draft. I was disappointed to hear they were out of Coors Light, but Araceli quickly took care of that problem and got the barrel filled up by the time I was ready for my next beer. For food I ordered the Royal Red Robin burger. It’s a juicy burger with bacon, meat, cheese, and an egg to your liking. I ordered my egg sunny side up, so when I bit into the burger the yolk was running down my fingers. It was awesome!! I am not from the area, but I will definitely stop by Red Robin for lunch in the near future.

Our server Nick was attentive and very courteous. He ensured our needs/refills we're met. My medium rare burger was served medium well. Buzzed wings were not very tender nor freshly battered. Strawberry lemonade was a wonderfully dependable item.

We had a quick stop here during our drive . The burgers were ok but the service was extremely lacking. I would really like to give them the benefit of the doubt and say that it was probably Boxing Day and many of the staff weren’t around. The place was a mess, the side order for the burger came in wrong and they didn’t offer any dips until we asked them. The place was very dirty. And they weren’t even cleaning up after other people left.

Food was not consistent with menu. Hamburgers were missing the condiments listed in the menu. I asked for a med cooked hamburger. It came out beyond well done. Service was horrible .. Server was not attending the table, Drinks were not refilled unless you asked as she was walking by.. This location has really gone down hill with service and food.. Enjoy the atmosphere.. It is the only thing true to the Red Robin's Food chain..

Out waitress was absolutely amazing. She was provisional, understanding, sweet and prompt. She listened to and when things were not properly done by her waiting employee help, she immediately corrected it, herself. My babies I went on a gift card from a friend for my birthday, it was enough to cover the 3 of us, my babies had thoer own special drinks and loved it.
