They first ask if you want ketchup, then don't put ketchup.
I have been going to this location for many years, I know the manager, and they only hire wonderful people.
I got food with my sister, and a worker did not give back my moms credit card, so we had to go back to the line to get it. Also, this was at the drive-through?
