Carl's Jr. - Apple Valley

I had a horrible experience here. First off they ruined my order by not giving onion rings when I ordered them...instead they gave me fries. Then they charged me for onion rings if I wanted them. The lady handling the register was sooo rude. I will never be back here again. I'll rather drive miles away from this place!!

Mariam is super accommodating. I had my service dog with me and she did not discriminate. I will be coming back.

I highly recommend this restaurant, as soon as we walked in Mrs. Stephanie made us feel right at home. I came in with several homeless men and she treated us all with the utmost respect. The store was spotless and the service was fast and friendly, and the food was cooked to perfection and was delicious. Thank you very much Mrs. Stephanie we love you and your energy lol

I was very impressed this trip through the drive-thru because the cashier, whose name was Elena, not only was patient enough to answer my questions about the various types of hamburger patties that were showing up on the menu but she actually knew the answers to my questions and it was very refreshing because usually whenever I ask a question about a menu item at a fast food place I don't get an answer or I am met with somebody having a very impatient attitude so if management is reading this review please give your two young ladies working this evening some extra praise and maybe a raise or a bonus because they did a great job food was prepared perfectly and they helped me make a decision which otherwise I would have probably not known what to order and I do appreciate it customer service is very important and good customer service will definitely bring people back I would go so far as to say it's almost more important than the food itself I would return somewhere with not the best food if the customer service was great and that's true however in this case the burger was really good.
