Taco Bell - Apopka

The experience was disappointing. The entire staff should be replaced. They took our orders and then made us wait 20 minutes without even serving our food.

My experience at Taco Bell has been disappointing. The service is slow, and they often get my order wrong despite me repeating it multiple times. Unfortunately, they still charge me for the incorrect orders. I haven’t had a single positive experience with Taco Bell in Florida.

It's Taco Bell, so the expectations can only be so high! Haha. I’ve noticed that they tend to put everything in one bag, even if you order box meals. I usually go for the box meals for convenience, since I don't want to deal with the orders of seven different people. I've learned to ask them in advance to use separate bags if they don't have the boxes available. Honestly, the food is pretty good for Taco Bell!

I mean, the staff almost always seems like they don't want to talk to anyone. I know they have the kiosks for people to order and I actually prefer using them but sometimes people may need help or question from a physical person. Also they get my orderwrong and don't substitute when I order for it making some stuff I paid for inedible. Also there's times when you make an orderonline and it doesn't show up in their system you could potentially end up losing money because your order never showed up forthem and that may think you're defrauding them.

They messed up my order and instead of fixing it they were spiteful and had me stand there and ignore me . Nasty manager ,I was patient and nice and she was still nasty ,didn't even have a name tag . Been a customer for years and I will never go backbecause of her and her disgusting behavior. She ruined that location .
