these dieucks have some of the best employees. they were not looking for coffee for a community that hasn't done and was recently hit by a hurricane. I have seen that they are patient with not so patiently customers and still go beyond one. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I placed a pick up in the app before I arrived so I could run quickly on the way to an appointment and get the coffee and go. the app allowed me to make a pickup order. When I arrived, parked and went to the door, there were signs that the lobby was closed and only auto-thru. They make the worst pumpkin spice lattes. Tastes like old espresso, annoying. Maybe learn something from apopka store

Slowest Starbucks ever! It took me 25min to get my grande drink at 8am in the morning with only 3 cars ahead of me. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 3 Recommended dishes: Iced Caramel Macchiato
The person who took my order was pleasant enough. However, we sat waiting for so long that he finally wondered why we had not received our order. He suggested that I check at the other end of the counter. I did not see a hot drink at all. When someone nearby inquired, I told her, and she looked around and said that she had added ice instead. I delivered mine to share and returned for the other one that was fixed correctly this time. Ironically, I preferred the hot one, and hubby liked mine better, though neither of us would care to repeat the apple crumble in any form. We never heard any names called until we moved from our table to the couch for two near the door, because the wooden chairs lacking solid backs were so uncomfortable. We won't be in any rush to return.
