Pastavino - Apopka

Absolutely amazing homemade pizza! The crust was fantastic, and the toppings were plentiful! We ordered the deluxe pizza and it was delicious! The atmosphere was very inviting—perfectly lively without being too noisy, allowing for a great conversation. To our surprise, there was a wide range of indulgent homemade desserts. We tried the coconut cream cake, and it was enormous! The owner and his lovely wife ensured that everyone was well taken care of. The menu featured many other options, but we had pizza on our minds! I can’t wait to return and sample more from this wonderful restaurant in Apopka!

The restaurant is run by the sweetest couple I've ever met. The four of us had a portion of desert followed by pizza. We had the sweetest server that explained every detail of our meal (including an explanation of what each layer of each cake was), bought our food immediately and gave us suggestions on which other nearby sources we should consider visiting. Every piece of cake was delicious. Since the place was empty, later the cook passed, chatted with us for a few minutes and left us alone when we were busy eating the delicious pizza in Chicago style.

Had the Chicago Pizza last time, Had the white pizza, and The New York, and... and... yeah! Delicious! Family owners, family business, boss is super-hospitable and very hospitable. Authentic Italian, and not just pizza and pastas,... also big salads! So it is actually possible to eat healthy! Thanks for the great service! We will be back (Again)

The owners prepare and bake everything themselves. Their lunch menu offers great prices, and the portion sizes are quite generous. I found them to be extremely friendly and helpful when we inquired about local springs. My coffee was served in the cutest cup set I've ever seen. I highly recommend this place. You absolutely have to try their homemade cheesecakes!

Sadly as of this June the 29, 2018 Pastavino Italian Restaurant has closed for the last time. We will miss a good pizza, and a good friend. My old review follows; Great pizza, but don't miss the fine selection of Italian meals. Best of all, real fresh baked breads and buns and cakes!
