Bathrooms are consistently dirty, without soap half the time. Concerns me about the conditions behind the scenes...

No bread, no croutons, angry cashier, dirty floors, dirty tables, employee in bathroom didn't wash hands when leaving. If store is out of items, we should be notified when ordering, not after picking up food. I have never experienced this at any other location! First and last time at this location.

Terrible experienceOrdered the pick 2 and got a Napa chicken salad sandwich and salad.The sandwich literally had 2 tiny bits of chicken and half a grape between the bread. The salad was good but again it had just 4 small bits of chopped chickenService seemed fast but can’t understand why I’m being asked to tip when I pickup my food, get my own drink, and bus my own table.Panera used to be good.Won’t return.

Customer service was great. I have the all you can drink sips deal where you can get a free drink every 2 hours for $10 a month. Before I went on a diet, I loved their food and ate there a lot. I would have the 1/ 1/2 deal. Their corn chowder andavocado turkey BLT sandwich is the bomb!

Customer service and Integrity is lost at Panera Bread these days. I was rushed when placing my order. There seemed to be a frustration. When opt to have apple ???? it took a long time. I arrive home barely any dressing. Then go to enjoy my apple. Itwas rotten. Now how do you place a rotten in a customer bag ???? with a smile.
