Very good atmosphere, it feels like you are indeed in an Italian restaurant. Staff is very nice. The pasta is very tasteful and of a big portion. The pizza is okay, the ingredients are def fresh but it can definitely use a little more tomato sauce (un po' di più di passata di pomodoro). What Enos Kohler doesn't like about Caffe Positano:
that was my first time at positanos. I am definitiw back. we started with the muddles for a starter. the mushes were perfectly cooked with the correct amount of garlic and seasoned in the soda. I then ordered the chicken gorgonzola and mine with the warm chicken salad. the Gorgonzola sauce was amazing and huh was boiled exactly right. the warm salate of my wife was from this world. Very good atmosphere, it feels like they were in the did in an Italian restaurant. the personal is very nice. the pasta is very tasteful and of a large part. the pizza is in order, the ingredients are def fresh, but it can definitiw a little more tomatensauce (un po' di più di passata di pomodoro.) the teig reminds me more of a NY style crust instead of an Italian. my favorite part is that they sell some of their articles to the public. the Strawberry Rtiramisu is delicious as well as the lens soup (minestra di lenticchie.)

I'm not an salate, but I couldn't stop eating her salad. lol the service was for a Saturday evening before place. we also had a bottle of wine and had desert, but we are too full of dinner. we could only eat half our meal. another great food for rest. whatever you do positano, you do it right. I'll be back and my wife too.
Last night, our book club met at this restaurant and we were blown away by the amazing food. The menu offers a variety of delicious options, including the salmon with broccoli, hot chicken salad, penne carmanali, and the scrumptious bread.
The service was good and the food was decent. While it wasn't exactly my taste in Italian cuisine, I would still recommend it to others. My companion particularly enjoyed her pasta with veal, and the mozzarella sticks and marinara sauce were especially tasty. I may not come back myself, but others might enjoy it.
This was my first time in Positano, and I will definitely be back. We started with the garlic shrimp as an appetizer. The shrimp were perfectly cooked with just the right amount of garlic and seasoning in the sauce. For my main course, I ordered the chicken Gorgonzola and my wife had the warm chicken salad. The Gorgonzola sauce was incredible and the chicken was cooked perfectly. My wife's warm salad was out of this world. I'm typically not a fan of salads, but I couldn't stop eating hers. The service was excellent for a Saturday evening. We also enjoyed a bottle of wine and dessert, but we were too full from dinner to finish everything. We only managed to eat about half of our meals, but they made for delicious leftovers. Everything at Positano is done right. I will definitely be returning, and so will my wife.
