While trying to place an order over the phone, one of the staff members at Prime Time, named Tony, began by being rude and then became quite aggressive. I've had pizza and sandwiches from this place in the past, and I found the quality to be lacking. The sandwiches were soggy, and the cheese was overly soft. The pizza had very few toppings. I wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone. There are several other pizzerias in the area that offer much better service and quality.

If you're looking for dishonest service and rude staff, this is the place for you! I certainly won't be ordering from here again. If you want undercooked dough or a long wait, this is the spot. The staff seems to have no regard for their customers, always giving side-eye and sighing as if they're impatient. I recommend choosing a different restaurant, as the reviews here are overwhelmingly negative.

As someone who is quite picky about pizza, I found it to be exactly to my liking. The crust was thin and crispy with a perfectly chewy interior, just as it should be. The sauce was flavorful without being overly sweet, and the amount of cheese and toppings was just right. It was a bit greasy, but that's exactly how I prefer my pizza, so I didn't mind at all. The prices were also very reasonable. I will definitely order from here again and explore their other menu options. Overall, don’t let a few negative reviews deter you from trying Prime Time!
