I came in with a group of three, and was not happy with my shrimp tacos, served with the shrimp cold--dont order it. Everyone else liked their dinners.

When she finally took our order—fish and chips, wings, and a grilled fish s... read more The server took forever to greet us, even after we asked if we could seat ourselves. When she finally took our order—fish and chips, wings, and a grilled fish sandwich—we waited nearly 45 minutes with no food in sight. I requested water and a vodka soda; I received the vodka soda but no water. Eventually, the server came over to apologize, stating that our food had been assigned to the wrong server. I'm not sure how that affects timeliness, but after another five minutes, the manager approached to ask what we ordered. Wouldn’t she already have that information? When our food finally arrived, it was downright disgusting. My grilled fish was served on a sub roll instead of a traditional bun, and the fish itself was wet and stringy, leaving me worried about getting sick. The fries tasted stale and old, while my partner found his fried fish unappetizing. The wings had potential but were served lukewarm on a flat plate with no flair. Overall, I can't believe I spent $55 on what was truly some of the worst food I have ever encountered—I'm not exaggerating. I sat there in disbelief. They did comp my beer and the vodka soda as an apology, but paying $55 still felt like a shot to the gut. I strongly recommend you go somewhere else. I’m honestly surprised this establishment is still in business.

I've tried the Chicken Caesar Salad and the dressing has the right balance of saltiness from the anchovies and tartness from the citrus and the grilled chicken adds another element to make it an overall winner. I think this was a one time incident due to new kitchen staff, but the first time I ordered this dish, I was given horseradish sauce rather than Caesar dressing, which caused me to wait for another order to be made. Last night, I had the Cajun pasta with Gulf Shrimp and it did not disappoint! Perhaps too much rotini on my plate, but the creamy sauce with grated Parmesan had a ligjtbconsistency and very good flavor. The six grilled Gulf Shrimp were huge and was a treat to my palate. The only thing I have done differently was to butter the French bread slices before grilling them. Other than that, this dish was a winner!

Upon entering the bar it was only a few folks maybe 6-7 sitting at the bar. Two cooks and two bar/wait staff working and a few minutes past 9pm. I sat right at the bar, the bartender (redhead w ponytail) other employee(blonde ponytail) never tried to make eye contact, greet me, or acknowledge my presence. I really should've left at this point. However some of my friends had already started eating and had drinks on open tabs so I stayed a bit longer waiting. At some point a vodka cranberry got placed in front of me, which wasn't might order as no one had actually taken a drink order still. Then three other people walked in and magically they got drink orders taken literally right next to me. Meanwhile I got my menu I've been trying to get my order in what's happening?? These three new people were able to order a drink for me when I've been sitting there since I was skipped again. Then the round of drinks came, I end up with a warm beer and decided to switch for water at this point while I wait for my food. I don't even want to write this review, but because this is the worst service /food not to mention that I only ordered 2 burgers and people that came in after me ordered food wings and chicken tenders, burgers had gotten their food before I did. I changed my order to-go; because it was 1 hour later by the time I finally got my food. I then get home and find out that my burgers were both under cooked, and the salad dressing was spoiled. I have no intention of coming back here for food, events, or drinks ever. There is nothing that can be said to excuse any of this behavior with the number of people working on a Wednesday evening.
