T... read more If I could give zero stars, I would. We placed a mobile order for pick up inside. On our way there, I received a notification that someone picked up my order. The employees did not offer a refund and they offered to make our order again, but said itwould take 30 minutes. This should have been a priority since the employees messed up by not checking to see who picked up whatorder. There were around 10 employees and more than half were joking around and laughing, not working. I hope whoever stole ourfood chokes on it.

The reason being that the past two times I have been to this store, they completely screwed up my drink order. I order the same thing every time during the fall season: Large pumpkin sweet cremecold brew. It is cold brew with a brown sugar syrup topped with pumpkin sweet creme whatever they sprinkle on top. The lasttwo times I have been handed a pumpkin spice iced latte and have had to have them remake my drink. The first time, they werevery polite and remade it the correct way. This time, they had an attitude with me and still remade it incorrectly. They put thecold brew coffee and the pumpkin creme and that was it. I am over it. I really try not to leave bad reviews, but this isridiculous. It isn't that difficult to make a drink the correct way. I didn't make any special insane requests. They want$15/hour but they don't want to pay attention and do their jobs correctly. I will not be back to this location unless somethingchanges.

Today, at 2:20 PM, I waited nearly 25 minutes for my mobile order. The staff also exhibited unprofessional behavior. They were joking and laughing when I reached the order speaker and continued to mess around at the window while handing over my order. With a line of customers waiting, they seemed indifferent about getting orders out promptly. It's disappointing. I’ve decided to try a different location from now on.

When I arrived, there was already one car at the pick-up window, and I waited about five minutes for someone to take my order for two iced coffees. It seems that service slows down significantly after 2 PM at this place. When I finally got to the pick-up window, the young guy handed me a completely different coffee than what I ordered. They had no record of my order, and after repeating it three times, we finally received our iced coffees. However, once I started to pull away and tasted my drink, I realized it was extremely watered down. I parked and went inside to get a refund. When I explained the situation to the manager, she had an attitude that suggested she didn't really care. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this Dunkin' location. They are slow and inconsistent. I would love to hear from the owner!
