We ordered ham and cream pasta at Maximo. The pasta was completely oversalted, the ham wasn't cooked properly, the penne was too soft, and the cream was too runny. (I'm a pasta cook! I gave up after the third bite. Maximo has now made it onto my list of the worst restaurants. I haven't been this disappointed in a long time.
