The owners of Tiapapata Art Centre have created an incredible menu at this oasis in Samoa. This was hands down the best food I had during my 10 days on the island. The majority of the menu is vegan, with only a few fish options. I highly recommend trying the curry tasting plate, which includes 3 vegan curries with rice and a green leaf chapati. The jackfruit, green beans, and pineapple curries, as well as the daal, are all must-tries! The turmeric drink and fresh lemongrass tea are also delicious. The restaurant does not have everything listed on the menu, but the vegetable curry was delicious. The atmosphere is very pleasant and it is a great stop along the cross island road. I highly recommend it.
