Let me begin by loving red robin! one of my favorite chain restaurants, but the experience I had yesterday was terrible. we were sat for 20 minutes and ignored,... read more Let me begin by loving red robin! one of my favorite chain restaurants, but the experience I had yesterday was terrible. we were sat for 20 minutes and ignored, we had never taken our drinks order, while two other tables were sitting in our section and had ordered them to take immediately. when we tried to get the attention of everyone, they would go directly from us without recognizing us. I used to be a waiter, I understand that I was understaffed and if that is the case, it's quite easy: don't keep new guests sitting! would be a star, but I know that eating is good. after 20 minutes we left and went next to longhorn. absolutely ridiculous, and I think this is the first red robin I never return.

I'd like to have Steak riders a bit crispy. place was kept clean and well served. there was an entertainment tab on the table to play games while they wait and it was short for me that they calculate to use this register card. there was no indication of the appeal until I saw it in the bill, that was shocking for me.

The fries were good, except they were room tempe... read more I received a free Burger coupon for my birthday, so I placed a to-go order today, because I needed to get home. The fries were good, except they were room temperature at the warmest. I ordered the regular gourmet cheeseburger and was not happy with it at all. It tasted 100% like a Burger King burger, except 10 times messier. I didn't even eat a quarter of it and I was left with heartburn the rest of the day. I will stick to chicken tenders when I go there, because I do know that those are good and I've never had an issue with them. I did a carside order and when I got there I called and my order was brought out within 5 minutes.
