The biscuits... read more I couldn't find my receipt to submit a positive review to corporate, but my husband and I had dinner at KFC in Apex tonight, and it was excellent! The biscuits were soft, and the chicken tasted like it was made with care. We'll definitely be coming back. Great food!

What bothered me the most was that while we were sitting in the parking lot eating, other customers were allowed to enter the lobby to place orders and eat insi... read more What bothered me the most was that while we were sitting in the parking lot eating, other customers were allowed to enter the lobby to place orders and eat inside. This felt very discriminatory to both my wife and me. After finishing our food in the car, we chose to leave, and I can confidently say that I won’t be coming back to this location. I advise others to steer clear of it as well.

When I went inside to place my order, I was informed that I had to order through the drive-thru first before I could eat inside. The signage regarding this was not clear. I understand that hiring staff can be challenging; however, since I had to go back outside, I decided to just drive to Chick-fil-A, where they seem to have enough employees. Oh well!

I saw my or... read more I placed my order online in advance and parked in the designated quick pickup zone, but when I tried to enter the restaurant, the doors were locked. I saw my order on the counter and attempted to get an employee’s attention, but she simply told me to use the drive-thru instead. I ended up waiting in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes, and when I finally got my food, it was cold.

When I went inside to place an order to dine in, I was told I had to order through the drive-thru first before coming in. The signage didn’t clearly communicate this. I get that staffing can be challenging, but since I had to go back outside, I chose to drive to Chick-fil-A instead, where they appeared to have plenty of staff. Oh well.
